Operating year-round, out of a 70,000 square foot facility, Charisma comprises a team of specialized professionals including designers, mechanics, decorators, sculptors, animators, illustrators, and engineers. Every project is viewed as “customized;” we work closely with each client in the development of concept, style, and presentation in order for the client and their constituents to have a successful experience and product that reaches the client’s goals.

Born and raised in Pasadena, California, and steeped in the history of specific fields such as electronics, mechanics, flower procurement, hydraulics, volunteer management, construction, decoration, and administration of float building, Katharina and Matthew M. Rodriguez became the proud owners of the company, Charisma Floats & Designs, Inc., in the spring of 2009.
