1.    Please have all personal bags marked with float name and stored under the table provided for each float.  Store all belongings in one location.

2.    Notify management if anyone this is not Charisma Staff doing anything unusual in or around our floats.

3.    IPODS, CD players, and other electronic devices are not permitted.

4.    Cell phones are not for use while working, only for necessary calls or texting.

5.    Food or drinks are not allowed around float or in tent.

6.    Smoking is not permitted in or around floats or in any of the tented areas.

7.    Beer, other alcoholic beverages, or illegal substances are not to be consumed or brought onto the float site.

8.    Playing or running in or around float area is not permitted.

9.    EACH PERSON IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING HIS OR HER OWN BRUSH.

10.  When leaving a scaffolding area please bring down all materials, glues, and brushes.

11. The float area is to be kept clean during each shift and cleaned when the shift is over and all trash containers emptied.

12. You must be 15 years or older to be assigned to scaffolding.

13.  No one is to be on the float or on scaffolding unless they are assigned to the area by the supervisor.

14. DO NOT START DECORATING AN AREA WITHOUT PROPER INSTRUCTIONS BY SUPERVISOR.

15.  Please ask for materials you need to use.

16.  Areas are to be covered with plastic when working with dry materials from scaffolding. Clean area before changing seed.

17. FLOWER TENT - Flowers or supplies are to be given to you by flower tent personnel. Do not pick up items without approval.

18. GLUE AND SEED AREA - Items will be given to you by personnel. Please do not get materials yourself. Be sure you know what glue or dry materials you are working with.

19. Scaffolding is to be moved by Charisma personnel only. Do not try to move anything on your own.
