As President of Charisma Floats, Larry Crain manages the operational aspects of Charisma, as well as public relations and promotional activities. He also supervises all aspects of Charisma's float construction from scheduling to final decoration. He arranges the floral seminars with decorating groups as well as promotional events with the client's public relations firm.
	The design and engineering staff of Charisma represents over fifty years of float-building experience, with over forty prize-winning floats to their credit. Charisma's designers are recognized internationally in the floral, parade, and entertainment industry. Credits include Malaysia's Floral Parade, Academy Awards, Emmy Awards, Super Bowl, and Hollywood premieres.
The floral and artistic design staff of Charisma represents AIFD membership (American Institute of Floral Designers) and professional design background in education and commercial interior design.

Richard Salvaggio AIFD, AAF, PFCI - Charisma Floats/Designs Floral Director

Richard is Vice President of Industry Relations and Floral Publications for TELEFLORA.

Rich Salvaggio, shares his pursuit of excellence in the art of floral design with audiences across America. Rich owned and managed a retail flower shop for twenty years. Formerly, with Red Book Florist Services as their executive vice president of education and marketing, Rich's long term, active participation in floral design and education has brought him to the culmination of his career as a nationally recognized educator, designer, and commentator.

Rich has won numerous awards in various design competitions and has presented design programs in forty-seven states, Canada, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay. In 1989, he designed for the Miss American Pageant and has also designed for two presidential inaugurations. He has worked for Charisma Floats/Designs for the past eight years. Three years ago he took over the responsibility as Floral Director for Charisma overseeing the floral work on their floats for the Rose Parade and the Floral Production for the Academy Award Oscar Show. Rich was recently awarded the Florida State Florist National Hall of Fame award for outstanding and dedicated service for the betterment of the floral industry.

His designs have been featured in FLOWERS& magazine and Fleur Design magazine of Canada, as well as several national floral publications. In 1991, he authored a design book entitled Floral Artistry.

Raul R. Rodriguez has designed many of the award winning floats that Charisma is known for.
